Even in an industry all about information,
there is still a lot that’s not being said. With
all of the computers and technology available to us
now, it has become more critical to understand what
makes people act and feel the way they do. Though we
have more information available to us through the internet,
we still need to access what cannot be replicated by
computers or technology – human feelings, biases,
and motivations.
From growing up in a tech-forward household to working
in San Francisco during the dot com explosion, technology
has always been a point of interest for Caryn Harbour.
